Certain types of failure might require a drive to be transported to a different location and workstation as each office has different proprietary technologies for data recovery. Data Recovery New York also reserves the right to transport the customer’s storage media to any office including those outside of the country.

Data Recovery New York requires customers to provide a 48 hour notification when they need their drive/storage media to be returned.
